Pick a center point of the rectangle
Move cursor to right
Enter 600 for the major axis
Enter 300 for the minor axis
Elliptical Arc
Home tab > Draw panel > Elliptical Arc
Command line: Center
Pick a center point
Move cursor to right, enter 600 for the major axis
Enter 300 for the minor axis
Specify start angle: 45
Specify end angle: 270
Draw lines join 2 endpoint to the center
