Enlarges or reduces proportionally of the selected objects

Home tab > Modify panel > Scale

Select objetcs

Specify base point

Specify scale factor

Enter 1.5

Scale and Copy

Start Scale command
Cross-select all objects
Specify base point

Command line: Copy

Specify scale factor: 1.5
Press Enter

Objects copy and scale at 1.5

Snap to 1st point

Snap to 2nd point to measure the original length
