Start the Distance command

Snap to the 1st point

Command line: Multiple points

Snap to the other 2 points

Radius

Angle

Area

Snap to all the corners then press Enter to get the area

Subtract Area

Start Area command

Command line: Add area

Specify all corners to add area, press Enter

Command line: Subtract area

Command line: Object

Select the circle to subtract
